Nutrional Labeling provides us with a great deal of information. Our goal at Brilliant Cakes is to help our clients ensure they have all the information they need. Although it is not a requirement for the cottage industry, we would like to go above and beyond to provide this to our clients.
To further this, we will be providing nutritional information for our cakes. This is a work in progress therefore information will be posted here as we generate it.
